Visualizing Wikipedia
Our hope for this visualization approach, which we continue to improve on, is that it could be updated in real time to give a macro sense of what is happeing in Wikipedia. I personally hope that some variation of it will end up in high schools as a teaching tool and for generating discussions.

DMZ Volume 1: On the Ground
DMZ stands for Demiliterized Zone. Unfortunately for me I didn’t need to go to Wikipedia to find this out as Lebanon used to have one. In layman’s terms it’s a buffer zone that keeps two people away from each other.

The Wall Is Great!
China’s interest in it’s own history remains a subject of great debate. Chinese Wikipedia will naturally be a site of contention, and the history of great powers is a natural sell. Rising prosperity in Asia may not have directly contributed to the almost US$20M price tag for a porcelain bowl, but it’s certainly going to play a role in the future.

He Won't Be The First To Try
The founder of the vastly popular Web encyclopedia Wikipedia is planning on developing Wikiasari, an Internet search engine which will compete with Yahoo and Google. In an interview with The Times of London, Jimmy Wales mentioned that his web site search engine will utilize the same user-based technology that Wikipedia uses.

Death By Coffee
I decided to investigate further. After all, as an Engineering student, I recall drinking caffeinated beverages until Physics started to make sense, just in time for exams. Wikipedia paints a scary picture:
